Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities: 

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs. This requires good communication skills and listening!
• Be knowledgeable at all times about incoming inventory, updated features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain a prospect development system.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service and maintenance available in our expert service department.

Nissan Service Technician - Job Summary:

·         Nissan Service Technician will cater to the specific needs of each repair order efficiently and accurately. This must be done within both dealership and factory requirements.

·         The ideal technician candidate must be able to diagnose malfunctions, as well as perform the necessary repairs for them.

·         Nissan Service Technician will perform vehicle repairs within their current capability/skill level.

·         In depth examination of any vehicle under current supervision, to determine if any safety or service work is needed or recommended.

·         Clearly documents and records work that is performed on the repair order under his/her supervision.

·         Road tests vehicles when required.

·         Ability to perform any additional related duties as required and assigned by Service Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements of Nissan Automotive Service Technician:

·         3-5 years' experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic

·         Preferred Nissan Master Technician

·         A valid driver's license

·         High school diploma/Industry certification equivalent required

·         Technician must have strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools

Master Technician - Job Description: 
As a Nissan Master Technician you will be required to spend much of your time diagnosing and repairing unusual problems. You will use a variety of computerized systems to complete your work. You will be expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Master Technician - Job Responsibilities: 

• Conferring with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and discussing work to be performed.
• Examining vehicles by providing professional level inspections to determine wear and extent of damage of malfunctions.
• Assisting technicians with their skills, providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity.
• Repair and maintain all automobiles in the Nissan product line
• Adequately note/document completed repairs and concerns though ADP/CDK
• Testing and adjusting required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
• Ensuring that the shop is in excellent condition in regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conducting periodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service.
• Test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzer, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.

Master Technician - Requirements:

• Certification by The National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in all eight automotive specialty areas (engine repair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, automatic transmissions, manual transmission and axle, brakes and front end)
• At least five years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Must have Experience of Nissan products.

·         Must be available to work a full time five day work week, with some Saturdays

• Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but also to comply with these regulations as well as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know regulations and provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices.
• Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Computer skills.

·         Must supply own tools (special/job specific tools and equipment provided by dealership)

• Must be actively pursuing or already maintaining 100% Nissan self-study
• Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
